If you’re flying from the far end of Incheon Airport Terminal 2, there’s a Korean Air lounge that is easy to miss.

The Korean Air Prestige Garden East Lounge is located on the 4th floor opposite Gate 281, making it especially convenient for flights departing around Gates 281–283. It opened as part of Korean Air’s major Terminal 2 lounge expansion and renovation project.
Compared with the larger central lounges, this one feels more relaxed. The seating includes semi-private sofa areas, and the lounge overlooks a Korean-style garden below. Korean Air specifically designed the Prestige Garden East Lounge as a quieter retreat.

Korean flavor ice cream
The buffet is not huge, but there is a good mix of Korean and Western food. On my visit, I found gimbap, kimchi, kkakdugi, salads, sandwiches, hot dishes, bread and snacks. It was more than enough for a light meal before boarding.

떡볶이 (tteokbokki)
The lounge is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

If your flight leaves from the eastern end of Terminal 2, this lounge can save you from walking all the way back toward the busier central lounge area. And with a comfortable sofa and a view over the terminal garden, waiting for a flight suddenly feels a little less like waiting.
